I had a brazillan done here a month ago and it was the most painless experience I've had yet. This is the 3rd spa I've been to locally for this service and without a doubt I won't go anywhere else again. I went back recently to do full legs and a brazillian touch up....LEGS ARE AWFUL, and I was a routine shaver. But she was patient and worked with me to get through it as painlessly as possible. Looking forward to adding this to my routine "maintence." Husband did a great job cleaning up my hair with a quick trim. Love these two!

Lenore is personable, kind and she makes you feel at ease during every visit! Had my very first wax here in September and Lenore made me feel comfortable and confident! Today I went in for my wax and was overcharged. I figured prices went up and didn't question it, but then about a half hour later she had Denise call me to apologize for the overcharge! She told me I had a credit for next visit. This type of honesty and integrity speaks volumes about One Personal Grooming's customer service, ethics and values. I highly recommend the studio!
